The staff building accommodates the rest rooms and changing rooms at the ground floor level and the canteen and infirmary on the first floor. Facilities serve 120 workers. The building is fully equipped with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery systems, heat pumps for heating and cooling and at least 30% of hot water is gained through solar panels situated on the sloping roof throughout the year. 

The production building extension offers 200m2 of additional working space and for metal machining equipment to be installed. The existing bridge crane is extended another 10 meters to serve the extension as well.
