The listed builing is located in Plaka, nearby the Roman Agora and the Fetichie temple.

Adjasent to it, is built an extention on three levels, accomodating living quarters as well as a kitchen and dining room. All living spaces embrace a garden and a shallow pond.

Mary Skouloudi, being a member of the ISV Technical Construction SA team, was Supervising Engineer on site for the construction of the building as well as the Entrance and garden configurations.
